Sample Vegan Diet Lost Approximately 60 Lbs In List 4 Years....:-(?

Lost approximately 60 lbs in list 4 years....:-(? - sample vegan diet

Lost weight about 60 pounds in the last 5 years, of course, by reducing food and fat, soda, candy and exercise. Have held [for health reasons], the weight the past 5 years. Need to lose 30 pounds in order to be a healthy weight.

1. Year he lost 14 pounds (modified diet) of rice
2. Year has decreased 16 kilos (about food) with rice
3. Year he lost 11 pounds (MoFi pescetarian / pollo-vegetarian)
4. Year 16 pounds + 8 pounds during the holiday season (1 / 2 years and pescetarian lost) 1 / 2 years at Christmas = vegetarian diet with rice
5. Years of inaction, won 18 pounds in the summer he lost 10 pounds when he returned to work (up to 4 years = strict vegetarian diet-starting file)
Now :-(..........
The problem is that I am sitting on a shelf where I keep the weight rather than lose weight. I train 3 times a week to eat and drink a vegan diet and plenty of water and try to cut the bread, and salads to eat enough Veges w / low fat groups and people who eat like a bird. However, the question of how to lose weight rather than maintain weight? What should I reduce my food, etc.? Thank you.

Sample of my menu:

Breakfast:

1 cup mandarin

Lunch:
2 cups tangerine
1 cup tomato soup with vegetables
16.9 fluid ounces water bottle

Dinner:
Corn Side
Side of the neck
Side of green beans
House Salad
16.9 ounces, if a bottle of water

Snack: a handful of pretzels, grapes, tangerines Cup

I breakfast on weekdays
Pizza loaded with vegetables and no cheese

Dessert:
4.6 Oreo cookies for dessert for dinner

It seems that a lot of sugar to orange (tomato soup, corn, biscuits), but not much protein. Even if you are a vegetarian, there are opportunities for more protein to your diet. Beans are an excellent source of protein, for example.

Do you have enough to eat? You should eat at least 1200 calories per day. This can really screw with your body.

Eat too much? If you drown in salad dressing calories, which can be enormous.

Have you tried to change the frequency and intensity of your workout to?

I see a severe lack of protein in your diet. They say vegan, but if you should eat the cookies well with all animal products. I would like to introduce a greater proportion of protein in your diet, beans (maybe the pinto) beans, green instead.
