How do I improve my posture? Not just with my spine, but my shoulders as well. Are there exercises I can do? - hunched shoulders exercises
In fact, I think I have a pretty good position when it comes to my spine, but there is always room for improvement, so that all information, which would be very welcome.
My real problem is my shoulders. I noticed that even when I sit / stand straight, shoulders kind of "curve" in front. My feeling is that after years and prevented sleep on my side (which turns my shoulder forward).
I just try to pull your shoulder blades closer, but injured his collarbone, shoulder, neck and upper back. If someone a few tips on exercises that can help just shoulders and back that would be great! Maybe something that helps to stretch the chest and pull your back? I do not know.
