I stepped into the kayak and sunscreen will not work because my skin is washed away.Now red and so painful that I can not sleep night.Any healing? Thank you and happy if you can help.

Aloe Vera is very refreshing. Also burned skin soak in cold water helps. There are some aloe specific treatments for sunburn, lidacane with an analgesic. Check your local pharmacy. And drink plenty of water.
