Remicade And Abnormal Pap Smears Have Any Crohn's Disease Patients Out There Had Unpleasant Side Effects Shortly After A Remicade Infusion?

Have any Crohn's Disease patients out there had unpleasant side effects shortly after a Remicade infusion? - remicade and abnormal pap smears

My teenage daughter has four cycles of treatment with Remicade (8 weeks) had to treat his severe illness Crohn's disease. Seems to work for now. (Fingers crossed!) The treatment was two days ago. Today, she is not feeling very well, which scares me more ... If one had a bad reaction to the Remicade after no previous problems with him? What were your experiences? Thank you.

I have for 6 years Remicade. Although I have not had any negative side effects that I know tend to feel others who run after him. I would say it is probably a common side effect of the drug that was temporary and within 3 days, maximum disappear. Try to plan it with Remicade. If you go on holiday, take Remicade weeks to ensure that her daughter feels at its best and let the time of Remicade to keep your body fit.

The general impression is that my doctor during treatment with Remicade and works has mild side effects, even abide by them. When a drug Remicade is how you begin to develop antibodies against it, and it will be less effective if you go with him. Try only if work stopped Humaria Remicade.

Many people, or Remicade, but unfortunately I was one who had a negative reaction he had to stay. I wonder why an increasing number of IM documents not only the use of Humira now, because there as Remicade, but with a human protein-protein from a mouse that is done, the less likely the possibility of allergic reactions . I will ask my doc for it.

Anyway, I know, probably not a good idea for someone like me try again Remicade, I had a reaction. I remember a few times and even to think that maybe improved my condition. But it could have been a mistake because she had symptoms of Crohn's disease and a good amount of inflammation, where my domain. It was some time ago, so I do not know what the doses were far, but I think I've tried like 4 times in total. I remember, Tylenol and Benadryl (I'm sure is both, but not 100% sure is to be avoided) before the infusion of a response to common that people take from what I remember.

However, my reaction was mI suddenly can not breathe, which is of course a little scared. And then I had this uncontrollable twitching, which believe it or not, it was scary to me that the difficulty in breathing. I got an injection of Demerol, which has help a good job, and the tremors. I'm not sure how widespread is the reaction of anxiety, but I feel shortness of breath, like the closing of the throat is most common. My GI doc seems reluctant to let me try once more, but I'm sure that even after the situation of fear, I tried again, and this was the last time you met. Anyway, I do not think he has done much for me, no matter how many times he tried. And I think you need to know if it works within a few weeks or so, but I'm not 100% sure. haha. You and / or your child HUMIRA should do it too, but maybe your document will say that it is better to stay with Remicade, if it works well, no allergic reaction. Hope this helps.
